Annual general meeting 2011

Accelerator Nordic ABs annual general meeting will be held 18.00 CET on Thursday, 24 March 2011, at IVA, Grev Turegatan 16, Stockholm, Sweden.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the AGM must be entered into the share register maintained by the Euroclear Sweden no later than Friday, March 18, 2011. Shareholders whose shares are nominee registered must temporarily register their shares with Euroclear Sweden in their own name to be entitled to participate in the AGM.

Registration

Registration to participate in the AGM must be submitted to Accelerator Nordic AB before 16:00 CET on Friday, March 18, 2011. Registration can be made by mail to Accelerator Nordic AB, Grev Turegatan 7, 114 46 Stockholm, by fax to + 46 8 663 57 25 or by e-mail to maria.wengler@acceleratorab.se.
